SERVICES — BUSINESS SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION
The office and the field, one truth.
Quotes, schedules, and job progress in one system, so nobody is working off a version from yesterday.
When quoting lives in one tool, the schedule in another, and job progress on a whiteboard, someone spends their week reconciling all three. We join quoting, scheduling, and job tracking into one flow, with the same record visible in the office and on a phone at the job. Variations, materials, and time land against the job as they happen instead of at invoicing.
What this covers
Quote to job in one step
An accepted quote becomes a scheduled job, carrying its scope, materials, and notes across without retyping.
Scheduling that shows conflicts
Crew, vehicle, and equipment availability on one board, so a double booking is visible before it happens.
Field access
Job details, site notes, and photos available on a phone, and updates from the field visible in the office straight away.
Time and materials capture
Hours and materials recorded against the job as they are used, so invoicing is a review rather than an investigation.
Accounting handoff
Approved jobs pass to your accounting system in the shape it expects, without a second round of data entry.
With the free build
The free build is the shopfront; job management is the workshop behind it. The two connect, so an enquiry from the site can become a quote and then a scheduled job without a re-key.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our accounting system?
No. We integrate with the accounting system you already use and keep it as the financial record. The job system handles the operational side and hands over clean data.
Will the crew actually use it?
Only if it is faster than what they do now, so the field view is built to be short: the job, the notes, the photos, and the time. If it needs a training day, it is too complicated.
Ready when you are.
About three minutes to apply. No payment details, no obligation — a real look at whether a free build fits.
