  2. Scoping call

    A 15-minute phone or video call to check fit both ways. We confirm what you need, whether a tier-1 build genuinely covers it, and what happens next.

  3. Intake — the clock starts

    Your 7-working-day build clock starts once five things are in: hosting plan authorised, intake complete, assets approved, domain access sorted, and scope accepted. If something is held up on your side, the clock pauses — the quality never does.

  4. Build

    We build from a proven starter pack for your industry, with copy drafted for you. Every factual claim about your business is yours to approve before it ships.

  5. Revision round

    One structured revision round is included. You review the whole site, we refine it. Fixing defects is always on us and never counts as your revision.

  6. Launch

    Before your site goes live: accessibility pass, form-delivery test, analytics verification, mobile check, and a rollback point. Then it ships on your domain.

  7. Day-30 review

    Thirty days after launch we look at real numbers together — speed, enquiries, where visitors came from. Only then do we talk about what might be worth adding.
