There is no catch — there is a business model. Systems do most of the heavy lifting in a tier-1 build, which keeps our cost low enough to wear it. We earn on the hosting plan, and on growth services some clients add later — never by clipping corners on the build.

Asset by asset: your domain, your content, your customer data, and your brand assets are yours from day one — always. The bespoke design and code of your site transfer to you at the end of the minimum term, or earlier on payment of a handoff fee. The reusable tooling every NewCo site is built on stays ours; your site keeps a durable licence to use it.

Yes. Every build comes with a published export checklist: source repository, assets, content, environment and configuration instructions, data export, DNS, and the transfer status of any third-party services.

If you would rather run it yourself from day one, choose the self-host handoff at application — a one-time fee, quoted before anything starts.

The early-cancellation fee declines with every month you have paid — it only ever covers the unrecovered cost of building your site. If a payment fails, we give notice and time to put it right before anything is suspended. We never withhold your domain or your data.

Your hosting account is your own — we set it up and operate it for you as part of your plan. Support is defined in minutes per month with a stated response target, so what is included is written down, not implied. Anything beyond the allowance is quoted before we do it.

One structured round of refinements across layout, copy, and imagery. Defects are always fixed at no charge and never count as revisions. New features or extra scope are quoted separately — before any work starts.
